1) Refunds & Returns Policy

There is a 24 hour window whereby a refund can be offered if you have a change of mind. Due to the nature of the service we provide, after that initial 24 hour window the plans and process will be underway and no further refunds can be offered.

2) Delivery and Timeframes

The timeframe for completing the cremation and return of ashes is approximately 14 days from the date payment is made. We always post registered mail including  tracking to help you track the delivery date.
We make every endeavour to meet the 14 Day timeframe, include cremation, return of ashes and postage, however there may be circumstances where there are postage or delivery delays that are out of our control.
