How Long Does the Application Process Take?
The application process should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
What Information Do I Need to Supply?
Our expert staff will walk you through the information needed about your loved one that will be used to register the death with the Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages. Usually this will include information about their parents, relationships and children.

Who Prepares the Paperwork?
Our friendly staff will prepare all the documentation needed for your loved one’s cremation to take place. These documents will be prepared using the completed information you supply on our online forms.
When Will I Get A Copy of The Death Certificate?
Usually a Death Certificate will arrive via express post a few weeks after the registration is submitted (which is at the time of the cremation).
Can I See My Loved One Before the Cremation?
We strongly suggest you try and see them before they are taken into our care. This could be at the Hospital, Nursing Home or family home. A viewing can be organised for a fee, or once you receive the ashes, you can take them somewhere special and say goodbye.
How Do I Pay for a Direct Cremation Package?
Payment is made online using your Credit Card.
Can I prepay a Cost Less Cremation to use later?
Unfortunately a prepay service is not available, you can only purchase a Cost Less Cremation when you have the immediate need for it.
What is included in this Direct Cremation package?
This affordable Direct Cremation package includes everything required to complete an unattended cremation service. All forms and payment is completed online, you can learn more here.
However, it’s important to remember this is for a Cremation only, no funeral service is included.
